Why choose us?

Your reference for success

At Pro Conduite, we have a vision for the future: to become THE reference in driving courses and to expand our activities throughout Quebec thanks to the excellence of our services and the professionalism of our people.

What we offer :

  • We adhere to a very strict code of ethics that protects you.
  • Our students have the opportunity to evaluate our work.
  • We also offer a reference center where you will find a lot of really relevant information on driving.
  • Personalized, specialized and improvement courses to meet all your needs, whatever your situation.

Because we care about your success and your safety.

Excellence

Since 2010, the SAAQ, with its road safety education program, has put in place standardized norms for learning to drive to which all schools must conform

Therefore we have made it our mission to be the reference in driving and learning to drive. We want our students to not only pass the SAAQ road test, but to learn how to drive a vehicle in any situation – because in real life, all kinds of situations can arise, and your health, safety, and ultimately your life are at stake.

It is because of this strong commitment to excellence, to being the reference in driving, that we have a satisfaction rate of over 97% and that our students’ success rate on the SAAQ exam is so high. Not only do we teach you the established program and make you practice in recent and eco-responsible vehicles, we also add information and pedagogical tools such as explanatory videos, glasses simulating the effect of alcohol, access to theoretical exercises for revision and more.

For the same reason, we have put a lot of effort into making our site a reference point where you can find easy and direct access to all kinds of information regarding driving and road safety.

We are a dynamic and passionate team, which makes us an avant-garde school that is always looking to better serve its customers: you!

Our benefits

At Pro Conduite, we care about you even after your course is over. Once your course is over and even after you get your probationary licence, here are some unique advantages we offer you:
During the probationary license
If, in the year following your probationary licence, you feel that you need help with an aspect of your driving (lane changes, blind spots, parallel parking, etc.), do not hesitate to contact our team in order to obtain an appointment within a reasonable time frame.
Referral – Unlimited time offer!
At Pro Conduite, we are family oriented. If you refer a friend or family member to us, you will automatically receive a discount on the regular rate of your driving course. When the time comes, find out how much of a discount you are entitled to!

Personalized attention

Life sometimes plays tricks on us, and there may be times when you need special considerations to help you pass your course and get your license in a timely manner and in a way that is comfortable for you.

Here are some examples of personalized attention that we will be happy to offer you if you need it:

1- Always practice with the same instructor

If you are more comfortable practicing with the same instructor, we understand this perfectly and will arrange your practice schedule according to your instructor’s availability.

2- You missed a theory class?

It’s not a big deal. You will be able to take the class again at NO CHARGE with another group and then continue with your original group so that you don’t fall behind.

3- Do you have a learning disability?

Are you concerned that you may have difficulty learning to drive because you are dyslexic, have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or another learning disability? We will do our best to adapt the teaching to your specific needs.

4- Adapted pedagogical support

We will do our best to offer you pedagogical support adapted to your needs and situation, so that you can learn at your own pace. And if you need it, you can take your exam individually rather than in a group.

Whatever your needs, talk to us and we will do our best to help you and offer you a customized service.

Easy payment options

For even more affordable courses

We are committed to making it easier for you to get your driver’s license and we understand that the cost of obtaining a license is not insignificant. For this reason, our schools offer to spread your payments over the course of your training.

Ask the school of your choice about spreading your payments over a few months for the course of your choice.

Methods of payment

We offer various payment methods, including:

  • Credit card (Mastercard and Visa)
  • Debit card
  • Cash

Driving courses are not the only cost to obtain your driver’s license. You will find all the details of the fees to be included in your budget by clicking here.

As a member of the Association des écoles de conduite du Québec (AECQ), all members of our staff (owners, instructors, managers, etc.) adhere to a strict code of ethics.

Under this code of ethics:

  • We support and implement any measure that can support and improve the quality and professionalism of driving instruction.
  • We are committed to staying current and constantly improving our driving and road safety knowledge and skills.
  • We will not accept a student if we have reason to believe that he or she would not benefit from our services as we offer them.
  • We recognize the right of our students to consult other trainers or competent persons.
  • We refrain from practicing if we are not able to provide a quality service.
  • We teach our courses taking into account the particularities of each student as much as possible, respecting his or her personal values and convictions when he or she tells us about them.
  • We will not omit or do anything that is contrary to current standards of driver education and road safety.
  • We will act with integrity and avoid misrepresentation of our level of competence, the effectiveness of our services or those of our competitors, and we will explain to our clients as clearly and objectively as possible why it is necessary or advisable to take a driving course, a supplementary course or an improvement course.
  • We make sure that we are available to provide you with advice, guidance and any explanation necessary for you to understand and appreciate the services provided.
  • We will not prematurely terminate your training unless we have just and reasonable cause to do so. Some of the main “just and reasonable grounds” that may result in the termination of training include:
  • Your loss of confidence in us.
  • Your tendency to perform illegal, unfair or fraudulent acts.
  • We are also committed to avoiding any conflict of interest situation.
  • We will establish fair and reasonable fees and costs and inform you in advance so that you can make an informed choice.
  • We will provide you with professional theoretical and practical instruction and strive to instill in you the essential principles of safe and defensive driving.
  • We will support any measure to protect the rights of consumers in our field.
  • In addition, we make it a point to cooperate with any private or public organization involved in road safety.

The complete code of ethics to which all AECQ members are subject can be consulted here.

Each time a course ends, we ask our students to fill out an evaluation questionnaire. This questionnaire allows us to check if we are meeting our clients’ expectations and if there are areas for improvement. To get real answers, we do not require that it be signed. One of the questions asks, “What did you enjoy most about your training?” Here are some answers gathered here and there: What did you enjoy most about your training? Answers:

“How the teachers are in the class, for example the practical classes at your competitors are really dull, but here the time passes quickly and you learn easily and with a smile.”

“The way they capture the attention of the students.”

“The quality of the instructor’s interventions. It was simple and practical. The instructor made me feel comfortable during the practical classes! Thank you very much!”

“The people on staff are welcoming and friendly, which puts us at ease quickly.”
